i'm pretty proud of myself for my mentality on this round. I'm not making a big deal out of it. I'm not planning my meals for when i'm off this diet. i'm just appreciating the cleaness of the eating and the ease of meal planning. and the fact that i can't exercise. : )
I've lost 11 pounds. i started putting 1T of cream in each 8oz cup of coffee and adding yummy sugar-free syrup to make those more tolerable. i just CANNOT drink black coffee and i don't like the idea of giving it up while i'm on this diet. however, i would have if i gained again this a.m. like i did yesterday when i started the cream.
i'm shrinking like i did the first round. by the end of february i shoud be just shy of my goal weight. I'll continue on until i am at my goal weight and then do low-carb for the FULL 3 weeks unlike every other time i've done this diet. even though i'm a major alcohol lover, i'm also omitting that until i'm in a full work-out regime which should be set by May.
