I'm down 13.6 pounds since i started. i decided, if i'm not down to 135 by the end of feb i'll go one more week in to march and then stop. do my low-carb for 3 FULL weeks and on April fools day i can introduce good carbs. including wine. yay! (i pray, pray, PRAY in moderation)
two night ago i ate about 12 pecans and last night i ate about a fat-ass handful of macadamia nuts. WHY did i buy those damn things!!! actaully, i bought them becuase i'm going to incorporate a raw meal or two during my low carb days and eventually in mylife.
oh and despite my crazy nut cheats i lost a pound. but i ain't doing that today. or for the remainder of this diet...that was fun, i enjoyed it but gotta get back on track.
i've also decided to quit smoking. it was a good crutch to help me while i'm without alcohol for two weeks but that's enough. i only have one left. i could cry. i love smoking. but i'm going to start running in april and i cannot afford to have smoked-out lungs. it's going to be hard enough just to run my new lithe body. : )
