well, i've turned over another leaf. I've eaten nuts for the last 4 days. and not just 3 or 7. but 37. each. cashews and macadamia nuts. and i've had cream in my coffee. although i'm still losing (except this morning...only a .4 gain and tha'ts not bad considering) i've decided enough is enough. I told myself i was going to DO this and do this right. no more messing around becuase if i don't do this round right, i'm just going to see how fat i can get.
So today, no more cream in my coffee and no more nuts i've "hidden" in my car trunk (which, by the way, didn't fool me becuse i was in my garage about 7 times last night). By the end of february, exactly, i'll be at the 21 day mark and that's the magic day your hypo has been reset. i have 3 more days of HCG in to march and then off hcg, 3 more days of VLCD and by sunday, i can eat low carb.
I pray by then i'll be 135 or even lower. but if not, that's my plan. That's 18 pounds in 28 days and that's highly doable. unless 135 is too low but at 5'6 i doubt it. and believe it or not, i'm looking forward to working out. I've decided as of yesterday to do light calisthenics for the remainder of this round. i did about 50 sit ups, bicep curls, tricep dips ,some shoulder & back work and some lunges. that should get my muscles prepped for my workouts to come.
i'm excited. : )
